There are some nasty rumors floating around of Bush potentially pardoning the folks involved with his illegal schemes, ranging from torture to illegal wiretapping and the like. It was a line that Nixon didn't cross, but I wouldn't be surprised to see Bush do it, especially after he protected Scooter Libby.
