Want to live here?

I have the first floor of a 3-family in Central Square, Cambridge, a couple of blocks from the red line. It's the place [livejournal.com profile] mzrowan used to own before me. The owners of the third floor recently emailed me to say they want to sell this summer, and may put out a listing soon. Anyone I know want to live here?

In a couple of years, yes. Grad school at BU is looking more and more likely.

Bwaha, I was interpreting that as "live here = rent from [livejournal.com profile] cos." I think that's not actually what you meant.

I've already signed my lease on my current place for Sept '09-Sept '10, but I might be looking to buy as soon as summer 2010 if it goes on the market again (or if they don't find someone). Can you e-mail any details you're comfortable sharing to greenlily AT gmail DOT com? Thanks.

I know some folks who rent near Central and might (IIRC?) be thinking of buying. I know they enjoy living in the area, so they might be interested.

Would it be OK if I pass along your contact info? If so, what email address should I give 'em?

Whoops, re-read - they don't qualify as "anyone I know", I don't think. NM!

Have they listed it yet? I didn't see it on realtor.com

I'm interested - send me details
