Want to live here?

I have the first floor of a 3-family in Central Square, Cambridge, a couple of blocks from the red line. It's the place mzrowan used to own before me. The owners of the third floor recently emailed me to say they want to sell this summer, and may put out a listing soon. Anyone I know want to live here?

Bwaha, I was interpreting that as "live here = rent from cos." I think that's not actually what you meant.

I want to keep my tenants and hope they stay for many years. It'd be nice if whoever bought the third floor were someone I know and like.

I've already signed my lease on my current place for Sept '09-Sept '10, but I might be looking to buy as soon as summer 2010 if it goes on the market again (or if they don't find someone). Can you e-mail any details you're comfortable sharing to greenlily AT gmail DOT com? Thanks.
