Hmm, Amazon's site misled me into thinking it didn't get posted the first time. It asked me to verify some information about my account right after I posted, with a heading like, "first, we need to verify this information" - but I kept having problems with the form. So I went back to the main page, logged in to my account, went back to the book, and re-posted the same text. Shortly after, both copies showed up.
