In a future post, I'll tell about the time I got into a conversation with several people at a party, about whose college had the worst bureaucracy. At the end, we declared it a draw between Brandeis and Harvard. I'll tell the Harvard guy's story, as well as I can remember it. Then I'll invite people to tell their own college bureaucracy stories :)
