*rueful look* It gets worse, Cos, I'm sorry to say.... There are some nasty rumors floating around of Bush potentially pardoning the folks involved with his illegal schemes, ranging from torture to illegal wiretapping and the like. It was a line that Nixon didn't cross, but I wouldn't be surprised to see Bush do it, especially after he protected Scooter Libby.
