I know Flour! When I was working at Blue State Digital, a couple of blocks away, I'd go there every week. Actually, a bunch of the people at Blue State have this tradition that 3pm is Flour time, so some of them go (almost) every afternoon, but I didn't always join them.
And yes, this is a good example I may be able to use :)
