Just the usual, water and maintenance. The landlord is very good, and he's been fixing things. He also put in a new air conditioner last summer, though it's in the living room so it takes a few fans to get it to cool the whole place (all the windows open sideways, so you can't put normal ACs in them).
Electricity varies from about $40-$120 per month, depending on the weather and stuff. Heat, AC, and cooking are all electric. I have cable Internet, $96/month, but I'd be fine with just paying that myself and letting my housemate use it, if they couldn't afford too many extra bills. Two landlines, about $28 each, we'd pay for one each.
