After flying every weekend in June, spending a whole 3 day weekend at home feels slightly surreal. It's weird not changing location at the end of the week.

Next weekend we're driving to Portland, staying there a week, and driving back to Seattle the following weekend, so the pattern continues although without flying. This weekend is an outlier.

Do you like changing location every week? I live for weekends at home.

Well it's not necessarily a question of liking that. One weekend was a return from Boston to Seattle - I do want to return to living full time in Boston so there will be less of that, but that's gonna take some more work :) One of the weekends was for a memorial service (you know which one), which I definitely wanted to be at. And two of them were either end of a dive trip that was very exciting, and totally worth the travel - but I don't want to actually live in Florida (or most of the other places I like to go diving) so those trips will always require travel.

Got it, and yeah - I was just wondering whether I was reading your post wrong. :) I traveled or hosted every weekend in May and it was exhausting AF... one of my trips was exciting and fun though, as it sounds like your dive trip was. Somewhere there's probably a balance.
