[ a bunch of bunnies standing under stalactites ]

These bunny suicides come from The Book of Bunny Suicides by Andy Riley.
And now he's published a sequel.

What's your bunny suicide idea?

Oh. My. I must buy these for my brother.

(When he was about eight he wrote and illustrated a book about the "Smuggy Bunnies" and the myriad ways in which they -- unintentianally -- arranged to depart the mortal realm... Still many of my friends remember him maily from this incident...)

I saw the sequel in London -- hysterical. I especially liked the Harry Potter one, partially because it took a bit to figure it out.

Those are hilarious. I might have to buy those books, only I will have to be very, very careful to make sure my kids don't see them. I can just imagine my son asking "Daddy, why does the bunny have a corkscrew on his head?" There is just no good way to answer that question when asked by a four-year-old.

Someone sent the first of these books to Roommate M, who's one of those dress-in-black, speak-in-monotone people even when she's happy. It actually made her laugh. I will have to find the sequel and bring it home for her. :)

I've lost my link for the webcomic Bunny, but this sort of reminds me of that crossed with Gashlycrumb Tinies crossed with Rube Goldberg...

Ask Emily; she's got it bookmarked. ...I don't use bookmarks, and so over christmas break, my computer forgot all my regularly-visited urls.
