Heh, thank you! I probably need to do some cleanup, there are some misspelled duplicates and such. But feel free to dig and find fun stuff and tell me what it was :)

I don't know you, but I read your retort in greyhame's el-jay regarding the Marie Cocco article. I just wanted to thank you for that. It was superbly presented and really quite funny (or, it was the way I read it) and a relief to hear an actual intelligent critique for a change. Further, I haven't been writing terribly clearly lately and I'm significantly more inclined to, after having read that little bomb of intelligence into my day.

I just friended you after reading your comments on cereta's post "on rape and men". I can only describe your demeanor in that thread as "absurdly reasonable", which is quite impressive given the nature of the thread, and makes me wish to read more of your writings.

(It also appears, from casual inspection of your friendslist, that the small-geek-world theory is supported yet again; but I guess your location being Cambridge made that all but inevitable. :-)

Jup, from Germany. Date is to be set, but sometimes late this fall (most likely in November). I just found out two weeks ago that I got the job. So if you feel like meeting for a coffee (or tea or hot chocolate) by then - yay :) And otherwise I just have an more interesting person I did not get to know otherwise on my list.
