Seeing Sleep No More for a second time last night evoked xkcd Click and Drag. I was expecting to see many of the same scenes and settings I saw the first time, with a better understanding of what was happening. I was not expecting what actually happened: spending the majority of my time seeing scenes and settings I hadn't even known were there the first time. And even though I visited at least one floor this time that I know I never ventured onto at all last time, I also know there's at least one more floor I still haven't been to. Maybe more than one.

I've been five times (once in Boston, four times in NYC) and the last time I went most of the interactions I saw were new to me. I can't tell if they keep changing/adding things or if it was just that rich to begin with!

One of the things I noticed in the NYC version, having brought a pocketable flashlight (and some discretion) with me, was that significant parts of the venue were "walled off" via lighting effects, primarily the lack thereof. There were passageways and room I would have never known about unless I made it a point to stop and point a flashlight to verify that there was no physical wall in a place where my mind inferred that one would be.
